Ordered this item for my 2005 CRV. Despite the very detailed description on Amazon (Black hard spare tire cover), I received beige floor mats. Then, rather than just sending me the right item when I shipped the large box of mats back to Amazon, they insisted that I had to reorder the item again myself. I said forget it. Wasn't going to go through all that hassle when they can't even package the item correctly. Whose to say I wouldn't receive the wrong items again?
